Party Balloon Decoration
To make any party area festive, we always recommend balloons. We love how balloons quickly turn anything into a celebration! They are instant joy. You can build a balloon arch or simply do pods of balloons.
Balloon Arch
For our spa birthday party, we did a balloon arch over a fabric-covered arch. It made it really easy to set up!

Purple Balloons
We used soft pink and purples for our color scheme. This included the arch. We also bought some clear bubble balloons! They were awesome and added so much to the party area.
Bubble Balloons
The bubble balloons were tricky. They took some time to figure out how to blow them up and tie them off. However, they added so much to the decor that the extra effort was absolutely worth it.
Our tip for these bubble balloons is to give yourself time to fill them up because they take a bit of extra work. Maybe fill up the night before. We filled our balloons up 2 days before the party and they didn’t keep their air like other balloons do.
Custom Arch Backdrop
To go on our arch backdrop, we made some designs that we used to give it a wallpaper look. Simply printed, cut out, and glue dot to the arch. It made the arch look amazing!
These printables include bows, headbands, nail files, nail polishes, and more! You can grab the printable using the button below.

Feature Wall
We covered another wall with pink paper. Then, we added “Let’s Get Pampered”. You can just cut it out with the Cricut and tape it up. Adding bows to the pink wall was a perfect touch.
Around the sign, we hung more balloons and bubbles. Below the sign was a table. The table held our party favors. The display turned out so cute.
In front of our table, we created the cutest tub decoration. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the setup. We used a cardboard box and cut off the bottom corners to shape it and give it more stability. Then we added Styrofoam to the top, covered it with paper, and piled on balloon “bubbles” to make it look like an overflowing bathtub. We even added 3D printed feet to lift it up and complete the look. It took a bit of extra work, but it was such a fun and playful addition to the party.
Large Makeup
Who wouldn't love giant makeup? For our spa party, we blew up our play makeup set. Why didn’t we do this sooner? It made the cutest decorations!
With giant nail polishes, makeup brushes, mascara, and lipstick, the spa party decorations all came together to be so bright and fun.

Spa Table
The final spa birthday party decoration touches were the table set up for the actual spa activities and the spa party food stand.
For the table, we covered it with white and used a pink gauze runner. Along the runner, we had more of the large nail polishes and an assortment of silk rose petals throughout.
For each of our guests, we had a nice setup on the table. Each spot held the supplies each girl needed to get pampered.
The table setup had a mirror, a mixing bowl, a spatula, and some measuring scoops. There were also some face brushes, a face scrubber, and a towel, rolled up and tied with a bow.
This spa party setup was practical and pretty! It was the perfect tie between the spa birthday party activities and decorations.
Spa Party Food
Our spa party food stand was a hit! It turned out so fabulously! We used our kids' play market stand. Then, we set out all types of on-theme (and color) food. We hung a classy light-up “Happy Birthday” sign and made a quick bow garland from our printable backdrop.
